After binge reading both available books I decided to forego a different genre or author and read everything Sanderson has to offer.
It is gripping, vast, and exciting to experience. I've never read fantasy as amazing as what stormlight archives is. Many suggestions pointed me towards the stormlight archives and my recent experience with Sanderson gave me high hopes. After we finally finished the series, I moved on and read name of the wind and wise man's fear (bad decision as I'm now desperately hoping for the 3rd as many others are.) I realized I needed something on the same Grand scale and started researching. We decided on mistborn as our first series and that was how I was first introduced to the world of Brandon Sanderson fantasy. Last year, some friends and I started an audible book club. TLDR: should I read Elantris, Mistborn 2nd trilogy, or Warbreaker next, or does it matter? Produces: Brandon is a robot!
